One thing Ralph has never had a problem with is taking oddity in stride. Its practically second nature. At least this particular oddity hasn't set his nose twitching.
After a one armed hug, which is nonetheless a good and proper Ralph-hug, the benefit of being able to get an arm around pretty much anyone, and having no uncomfortable bony bits and all, he steps back, offering over flowers with his other hand.
"Tora, its good to see you." he replies sincerely. "You've been missed."
